IBF/ TEAM LEADER (REF: 16015)

Background:

IBF is looking to recruit Team Leader to work on "RS-Pristina: IPA — technical assistance to the economic development process" project.

ToR requirements are the following:

Qualification:

  • BA (preferably post graduate degree) in Trade, Economics, Law or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years professional experience
  • Full Computer Literacy, and fluent written and spoken English.

General experience:

  • At least five years professional experience in the field of capacity building of public structures for private sector
    development at the national level
  • At least five years professional experience in capacity building of economic development structures at the regional
    or local level, in particular with providing technical assistance to Regional Development Agencies to better support
    private sector development (ideal if this is in IPA countries)
  • Additional experience in working with supporting the implementation of grant, credit or guarantee schemes is an advantage

Specific experience:

  • Fluency in Albanian (and/or Serbian) is an advantage as is prior experience of having conducted assignments in Kosovo

The project is estimated to start in December 2012.
