Qualifications and skills:

     - A Master or University Degree in social sciences, law, sociology, economics (where a University Degree has been awarded on completion
       of minimum three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or general professional experience of five years above the
       minimum general professional experience requested below
 
General professional experience:

     - Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience in the field of social inclusion

Specific professional experience:

     - Five years of experience in capacity building of professionals in the field of social inclusion
     - Proven track record of at least 3 years in development and implementation of programme/measures in the field of inclusion of
       disadvantaged women in the labour market
     - Experience as Team Leader in at least one project
