HR-ZAGREB: IPA — TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE IPA/SF OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME 2012/S 165-272992

Contract description                                                                              Maximum budget: EUR 1 360.000

This project will provide assistance to the operating structure with management of the environmental operationalprogramme; assistance with transition from IPA to Structural Funds (SF) implementation rules, includingtransition from PRAG to nationally regulated public procurement; support for preparation, improvement andrevision of procedures and tools for control-related working practices; guides for project preparation; tools forproject evaluation; assistance to operating structure bodies regarding programming for 2014–2020 relatedto environmental sectoral inputs in line with specific rules applicable for Structural Funds; preparation andexecution of training activities on management of EU funds (Structural Funds/Cohesion Fund), technical mattersand contract implementation.

Maximum budget: 1 360 000 EUR

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) ofcandidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of theregions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which thecontract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. Theparticipation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme underwhich the contract is financed.
