The purpose of this project is accelerating the efficiency of business processes in the land register and cadastre.  The project is divided in 2 components. The purpose of component 1 is to enable implementation of sporadic  transformation (harmonisation of land registry and cadastre data) by the beneficiaries (Ministry of Justice and  State Geodetic Administration) according to the Law on State Survey and Real Property Cadastre ('National  Gazette' 16/07 and 124/10) and Land Registry Act ('National Gazette' 91/96., 68/98., 137/99., 114/01., 100/04.,  107/07 and 152/08).
The main purpose of component 2 is digitising of land registry books (scanning) and establishment of the central  database for the land registry digital archive.  The land registry and cadastre staff will also receive relevant training.

Maximum budget: 2 000 000 EUR.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
