Contract description Maximum budget: EUR 16 350.000
This service contract consists of 2 phases: 2 and 3. Phase 2 includes preparation of design and obtaining necessary permits for upgrade, reconstruction and renewal of the existing single track railway line on subsections Novoselec–Kutina (26 km) and Kutina–Novska (25,5 km), on railway line M103 Dugo Selo–Novska in Croatia. Activities include: main design for works on infrastructure, energy, and control, command and signalling subsystems including obtaining building permits; geotechnical study; draft tender dossiers. Phase 3 includes preparation of design and obtaining necessary permits for construction of second track on subsections Dugo Selo–Novoselec (32 km), Novoselec–Kutina (29 km) and Lipovljani–Novska (11 km), construction of new double track railway line on subsection Kutina–Lipovljani (10 km), on railway line M103 Dugo Selo–Novska. Activities include: preliminary design including obtaining location permit; feasibility study including cost-benefit, financial and economic analysis; EIA study including development consent granted; draft project application; main design for works on infrastructure, energy, and control, command and signalling subsystems including obtaining building permits; geotechnical study; draft tender dossiers.

Maximum budget: 16 350 000 EUR.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
