OSCE MISSION IN KOSOVO/ CHIEF OF LEGAL SYSTEM MONITORING SECTION (VACANCY NUMBER: VNKOSS01379)

Requirements

   - Advanced education/certified training course in a relevant field desirable
   - Minimum 6 years of relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 3 years at the
     management level relevant to the actual position
   - Extensive courtroom experience (as a judge, prosecutor, advocate/lawyer, judicial clerk, and/or trial monitor)
   - At least three years of significant management and supervisory experience
   - Professional fluency in the English language

Responsibilities

   - Co-ordinates and directs LSMS short and mid-term strategy
   - Designs and implements monitoring projects
   - Reviews and analyses daily and weekly reports and case-specific tracking memos produced by legal system monitors based in the OSCE
     regional offices
   - Supervises and manages the legal and administrative work of 26 professional and support staff, and clears all LSMS reports
   - Creates training programmes for LSMS staff
