OSCE MISSION TO BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA/ HEAD OF FIELD OFFICE (VACANCY NUMBER: VNBAHS00580)

Requirements

   - University education in international studies, public policy, political science or law or related fields
   - Minimum six years of international field work experience as well as working in multi-national teams
   - Experience with political data collection and analysis, including the production of reports, verbal and written briefings
   - Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written

Responsibilities

   - Supervises all Human Dimension Programme staff in the Field Office to ensure that there is co-ordinated and integrated programme
     implementation in accordance with agreed priorities
   - Advises SHDOs/Head of Field Office on progress against programme objectives
   - Ensures that the Department's resources are used effectively and efficiently to achieve the Human Dimension programme objectives and
     examines budget requests
   - Liaises with non-governmental and international organizations active in sectors relevant to the Human Dimension Programme in the Field
    Office area of responsibility (AoR).
