OSCE/ OFFICE FOR DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS AND HUMAN RIGHTS/ (VACANCY NUMBER: VNODIS00376)

Responsibilities

   - Providing advice and analysis on issues related to civil society relations and recommending interventions to ODIHR management
   - Developing, reviewing and managing projects aimed at raising awareness of civil society on issues related to tolerance and
     non-discrimination and increasing their capacity to monitor, responding to and reporting on hate crimes and other forms of intolerance
   - Designing and delivering training seminars for civil society on tolerance and non-discrimination issues
   - Ensuring adequate participation of civil society in ODIHR's activities.

Requirements

   - University degree in international relations, political science, social sciences, law or other disciplines related to human rights
   - At least six years of progressively responsible experience at national and international levels in the field of human rights
   - Excellent written and oral communications skills in English; working knowledge of Russian would be desirable.
