OSCE PRESENCE IN ALBANIA/ HEAD OF GOVERNANCE, ECONOMY AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES DEPARTMENT (VACANCY NUMBER: VNALBS00224)

Requirements

   - University education in economics, regional planning and development, environmental studies or related fields, or equivalent professional
     experience in such areas
   - Minimum 6 years of relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 3 years at the
     management level relevant to the actual position
   - Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: economics, environment, anti-corruption compliance, law, property reform,
     local government, and anti-trafficking

Responsibilities

   - Carries responsibility of all staffing and administration aspects of the Department
   - Develops, co-ordinates and monitors the implementation of all Departmental objectives ensuring full compliance with all relevant national
     legislation
   - Provides strategic guidance to the Head of Presence related to the work of the Department
   - Co-ordinates with national and international actors involved in the sector, including representing the Presence on relevant co-ordination
     bodies in Albania and internationally
