OSCE MISSION TO SKOPJE/ EDUCATION OFFICER (VACANCY NUMBER: VNSKPS00349)

Requirements

   - University degree in educational sciences, social sciences or related fields
   - Experience in educational field at an international level, either educational planning and administration, public education, teacher
     training, multi-lingual/ethnic teaching including curriculum harmonisation and teaching plans, or professional experience in a ministry of
     education or a teachers union
   - Professional fluency in the English language

Responsibilities

   - Assists in the development and implementation of the Mission's education policy
   - Manages all education-related activities within the department and serves as an advisor for other Units/Departments in education matters;
   - In co-operation with the Programme Co-ordinator for Inter-ethnic Relations, assists the Office of the OSCE High Commissioner on
   - National Minorities in the drafting and updating of recommendations for the improvement of interethnic relations in the educational
     system and ensure its implementation.
