Background

The aim of this project is to build the institutional capacity in order to improve the design and delivery of existing social inclusion policies by strengthening the capacities and skills of relevant stakeholders and to promote multi-sectorial and inter-institutional cooperation. The overall objective of the project is: To improve the efficiency and quality of social services in respect to provide access and facilitate the integration of vulnerable groups in the labour market.

Tasks

   - Support the preparation of the communication campaign strategy
   - Provide inputs and support the development of Action plan
   - Develop campaign products
   - Lead campaign implementation.

Requirements

   - A Master or University Degree in social sciences, law, sociology, economics, journalism, communication, or similar (where a University
     Degree has been awarded on completion of minimum three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or equivalent
   - Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
   - Knowledge of Macedonian language will be considered advantage
   - At least five (5) years’ experience in media communication and/or marketing.

Period of assignment: September 2012 to May 2013
Working Days: Total of 51 working days
