Contract description                                                                               Maximum budget: EUR 1.200.000 EUR

The project will strengthen further the capacity of Monstat to produce agricultural statistics, national accountsand business statistics, and will reinforce the Monstat IT sector, namely further develop the metadata andelectronic questionnaires and PC AXIS implementation. In the area of agricultural statistics the project has toestablish a statistical farm register as well as routines for its maintenance and updating, along with carryingout pilot surveys on crop statistics and livestock statistics, developing the agricultural monetary statistics andintroducing environmental accounts. In the area of national accounts, the focus will be put on additional nationalaccounts indicators, both new and lower aggregated, production of quarterly accounts, governmental financestatistics, supply and use tables, GDP by expenditure approach calculated at constant prices and harmonisedindices of consumer prices (HICP).

Maximum budget: 1 200 000 EUR.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) ofcandidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of theregions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which thecontract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. Theparticipation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme underwhich the contract is financed.
