Contract description                                                                                            Maximum budget: EUR 700.000 EUR

The overall objective of the project is to improve public and veterinary public health by putting in place aneffective and safe system of handling animal by-products. The main activities to be conducted under this contract include, but are not limited to: preparation of detailed design of the EU-compliant rendering plant; environmental impact assessment; drafting a detailed business plan for the operation and maintenance of the rendering plant; preparation of tender dossiers for works and supply.

Budget

Maximum budget: 700 000 EUR.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) ofcandidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of theregions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which thecontract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. Theparticipation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme underwhich the contract is financed.
