UNDP BIH/ NATIONAL STRATEGIC PLANNING FUNCTIONAL REVIEW CONSULTANT FOR THE FBIH

Background

The purpose of the consultancy is to provide analytical support and strategic guidance in the process of review and assessment of the existing organisational capacities of relevant institutions and organisations holding a strategic planning coordination function in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this regard, a National Strategic Planning Functional Review Consultant for the FBiH (hereinafter the Consultant) will be engaged.

Responsibilities

   - Conduct functional review of the key institutions at the FBiH entity and cantonal levels responsible for coordination, management and
     support to strategic planning
   - Design a set of strategic recommendations towards strengthening of the organisational capacity and enabling vertical coordination and
     interaction between strategic planning institutions/structures at the FBiH entity, cantonal and local levels

Requirements

   - Advanced university degree in public administration, economics, law, political sciences, social sciences or related field.
   - At least 7  years of relevant experience in the field of public administration reform, strategic
   - Fluency in English and in the official languages in BiH.

Duration of Initial Contract: 15 experts days
