UNDP BIH/ CONSUTANT FOR HYDROLOGY AND ECOLOGY STUDY METHODOLOGIES REVIEW AND SCORING (HYDROLOGY COMPONENT)

Background

This consultancy is related to independent and confidential review including technical scoring for offers received for Hydrological and Ecological study (Hydrology component) of Livanjsko polje, thus ensure expert evaluation of submitted methodologies. The proposed review and technical scoring of Hydrology component of study will serve as basis for further procurement process with regards to the preparation of study.  The objective of the KARST project includes conservation of biodiversity in Livanjsko Polje through securing a variety of activities compatible with the preservation of the habitat value of the field. In the long run, this activity will ensure that best offerer is chosen for development of hydrology study in Livanjsko polje.

Responsibilities

Review proposed methodologies and provide technical scoring of offers received for Hydrological and Ecological study (Hydrology component).

Requirements

   - At least university degree in the one of directly related field(s):  hydro engineering, water management, environmental sciences, or other
     fields relevant for the task.  An advanced degree would be an advantage
   - Five or more years of relevant experience in one or more of the key sector(s)/ theme(s) relevant for consultant's tasks
   - Fluency in English.

Duration of Initial Contract: Two working days
