Project Description
The overall objective of this project is to contribute to anchoring democratic values and structures, human rights, social inclusion and the rule oflaw, thereby supporting the EU integration process. The purpose is to achieve a more dynamic civil society actively participating in public debate on democracy, human rights, social inclusion and the rule of law and with capacity to influence policy and decision making processes.
Position: Key expert 1 - Team Leader
Duration of the assignment: min 450 work days over 36 months
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on competition of three years study in a university or equivalent
institution) in the field of public administration, social studies, political studies, law, etc.)
- Preferably 8 years, ideally 12 years of relevant professional experience in democratisation processes, public administration reform, civil
society development or related topics
Position: Key expert 2 - Key Senior Managing and Monitoring Grants Expert
Duration of the assignment: min 450 work days over 36 months
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on competition of three years study in a university or equivalent
institution) in the field of law, political studies, social studies, economy, management, etc.)
- Preferably 8 years, ideally 12 years of relevant professional experience in civil society sector, development assistance programmes to the
civil society sector or related topics
