HUMAN DYNAMICS/ SUPPORT TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES FOR IDPS, REFUGEES AND RETURNEES - LEGAL AID/ KEY EXPERT 1 - TEAM LEADER; KEY EXPERT 2 - SENIOR EXPERT

Project Description

The objective of this project is to provide legal assistance and representation for refugees, IDPs and returnees under the readmission agreements; providing regular assistance through counselling, obtaining documents; representation before the relevant institutions in the place of previous residence for IDPs and refugees; representation before the component institutions in the Republic of Serbia;
distribution of printed materials to refugees, IDPs and returnees; holding conferences and round tables on the subject of forced migration.

Position: Key Expert 1 - Team Leader

Duration of the assignment: min 360 work days over 18 months

Requirements

   - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
     institution) or 15 years of relevant professional experience. A Master/PhD in Human Rights or other relevant discipline (following the
     award of the degree) is an advantage
   - Minimum 8 ideally 12 years of experience on Refugees, IDPs and/or human rights protection issues

Position: Key Expert 2 - Senior Expert

Duration of the assignment: min 270 work days over 18 months

Requirements

   - A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
     institution) in Law
   - Minimum 8 ideally 12 years of relevant professional experience working as lawyer defending vulnerable groups rights
