Project Description

The overall objective of this project is to contribute to enhanced capacity of Croatia for efficient and effective management and absorption of EU Funds. The purpose of the project is to enhance the absorption capacity of the RCOP managing structure by assisting in the preparation of quality project documents and a project pipeline as well as to enhance the capacity of all relevant stakeholders to prepare high quality projects/schemes.

Position: Key expert 1 - Team Leader and Project Pipeline Expert

Duration of the assignment: min 440 work days over 24 months

Requirements

   - A level of education which correspond to completed university studies of three years attested by a diploma or equivalent general
     professional experience of 15 years
   - 8 years of professional experience related to the EU funds
   - 5 years of professional experience working with managing authorities/intermediate bodies in Structural Funds

Position: Key expert 2 - Programming Expert

Duration of the assignment: min 440 work days over 24 months
