OSCE MISSION IN KOSOVO/ DIRECTOR, HUMAN RIGHTS AND COMMUNITIES DEPARTMENT (VNKOSS01421)

Requirements

   - University education in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law, international human rights law or other human rights
     related fields
   - Minimum 10 years relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 5 years at the
     management level relevant to the actual position
   - Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written

Responsibilities

   - Develops and prioritizes tasks for the Human Rights and Communities Department Sections, in co-operation with the departmental senior
     staff
   - Advises the Head of Mission, Deputy Head of Mission and other officials on matters concerning human rights and communities
   - Supervises all human rights and communities programmes, project and reporting of the Department
   - Overall responsibility for all aspects of staffing and administration for the Department
