Requirements

   - University education in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law, international human rights law or other human rights
     related fields
   - Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

   - Together with the Director and the Senior Democratization Officer forms the management of the Regional Centre;
   - Liaises with the management of the RC on all monitoring activities in the area of responsibility. Performs specific monitoring tasks in
     relation to community rights, property rights, non-discrimination issues and other human rights concerns as assigned;
   - In close co-operation with the Senior Democratization Officer, supervises programmatic staff in the Regional Centre as assigned;
