OSCE PRESENCE IN ALBANIA/ HEAD OF DEMOCRATIZATION DEPARTMENT (VNALBS00229)

Requirements

   - University education in political sciences, social sciences, international relations, public policy, law or equivalent professional experience
   - Minimum 6 years of relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 3 years at the
     management level relevant to the actual position

Responsibilities

   - Has overall responsibility for managing the democratization department, respective policy formulation, strategy development, planning
     and reporting as well as provision of funds
   - Advises and assists the Head of Presence in the effective advocacy of the department's goals and accomplishments
   - Advises and provides support within his/her area of responsibility to the Democratization Department, Field and Head Office staff and
     partner organizations
   - Liaises and co-ordinates with other local and other international actors active in democratization work, including representing the
     Mission on relevant co-ordination bodies and expert forums within Albania and internationally
