CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Requirements

-  Advanced university degree in social science.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in working with capacity development
  activities and organization of training events or evaluation of the same.
- Prior experience in dealing with project management cycle.
- Experience in working with the United Nations system will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical advice related to the design and organization of the capacity
  development events for the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Bosnia and
  Herzegovina;
- Provide effective supervision of the training activities and ensure that those are
  conducted in line with international standards and best-practices;
- Coordinate activities with contractors in organization of the training sessions and
  associated logistics;
- Facilitate development of the lessons learned logs, best practices and knowledge
  management relevant for the capacity development activities.
