OSCE MISSION TO SKOPJE/ MISSION SECURITY OFFICER (CIVILIAN POLICE, VACANCY NUMBER: VNSKPS00339)

Requirements

     - University education in law, political or social sciences, or to be graduated of Police/Military Academy equivalent to university degree
     - Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
     - Knowledge of the local language or most common lingua franca spoken in the mission area
     - Possession of a valid automobile driving license and ability to drive using manual transmissio

Responsibilities

     - Assists the Head/Deputy Head of Mission in the execution of responsibilities with regard to the security of Mission staff and Property
     - Maintains and updates security plans, contingency plans and security listings of Mission staff. Ensures that plans for relocation and
       evacuation to safe havens are current and implemental
     - Selects, trains, and supervises security guards. Ensures that good health and practices are followed as well as implementing laid down
       procedures
     - Ensures that Mission Members are kept informed on matters affecting their security and that appropriate arrangements are made for
       briefing of newly hired staff
