STOCKPILE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Requirements

   - University degree in military science, mechanical engineering, security or social science.
     Master degree will be an asset.
   - A minimum of five years of relevant experience in working with weapons and ammunition
     stockpile management.
   - Prior experience in dealing with weapons and ammunition life-cycle.
   - Experience in working with infrastructure upgrades of military facilities would be considered
     as an asset.
   - Fluency in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

   - Provide technical advice related to the safe, efficient and effective management of stockpiles of
     Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW)  and conventional ammunition (SCA);
   - Provide effective supervision of the refurbishment activities to be in line with the physical
     security requirements and stockpile management best practices;
  - Coordinate activities with suppliers on infrastructure development of SALW and SCA storage
     facilities;
  - Facilitate information development and information sharing.
