ENGINEER/INFRASTRUCTURE ADVISOR

Requirements

   - University degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture. Master degree will be an asset.
   - Minimum of five years of relevant experience in supervising architectural design and
     construction works.
   - Prior field work experience in infrastructure reconstruction and rehabilitation of buildings.
   - Experience in working with military safety and security regulations would be considered as an
     asset.
   - Fluency in English and local languages.  
   - Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, ArhiCad or Arcon).

Responsibilities

   - Provide technical advice in development of the scope of works for infrastructure upgrades;
   - Provide effective supervision of the architectural design works;
   - Provide effective monitoring and supervision of reconstruction/rehabilitation works performed
     in the field;
   - Provide expertise input to the OSCE/UNDP;
   - Facilitate information development and information sharing.


Duration of Initial Contract :  Six months with possibility of extension
