JUNIOR ASSESSOR - CFP CIVIL SOCIETY ALBANIA

Requirements:

   - At least up to Masters Degree academic level (academic degree in areas of knowledge related to the call for proposals would be an asset).
     In its absence, equivalent professional experience of at least 3 years.
   - At least 2 years experience in at least 2 of the following areas:The NGO environment in Western Balkans (experience in Albania would be
     an asset);
   - Demands of local populations including minorities, communities in urban, sub-urban and rural areas in terms of socio-econornic reform
     and social inclusion;
   - Development of community networks and civil society representative structures;
   - Promotion of citizen participation in the democratic dialogue;
   - Support of local initiatives to raise awareness towards civil liberties, minorities rights, justice sector ( access to justice, fight against
     corruption, monitoring / improvement of living conditions in prisons), media and freedom of expression;
   - Promotion of civil society partnerships with governmental bodies dealing with equal treatment and anti-discrimination;
   - Support of local initiatives intended to reduce higher poverty rate and social exclusion.
   - Fully conversant with project formulation, tendering, evaluation and contracting rules and regulations of the European Union in relation
     to grant contracts and calls for proposals.
   - Full command of written and spoken English.

Duration of the assignment:

   - 60 days, not including travelling days.
