SENIOR CIVIL/ RAILWAY ENGINEER (TL)

Qualification and skills:

Masters Degree, academic level in Civil Engineering, or in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 5 years in addition to the 10 years of GPE mentioned below. This qualification is considered as absolutely required.

General professional experience:

At least 10 years of professional experience in planning, design, procurement or construction of civil works for the railway infrastructure. This experience is considered as absolutely required.

Specific professional experience:

Knowledge of related EU standards and requirements of civil works for the railway infrastructure.
At least 2 years of professional experience in preparation, assessment or implementation of works contracts related to civil works for the railway infrastructure in accordance with FIDIC and EU procedures, especially Practical Guide to Contract procedures for EU external action (PRAG).

Project duration:

40 working days starting 10th December 2012
