Background:
- The subject of this task will be performing supervision of civil works (architectural/conservation and
structural engineering) on rehabilitation and reconstruction of the roof and roof structure on the
building of the Russian Embassy in Old Royal Capital Cetinje. Bill of quantities and technical
description of works will be prepared during November 2012 by a company engaged trough separate
tendering procedure.
The company shall offer a team of Supervising Engineers - experts highly experienced in Supervision of:
- Conservation of architectural monuments of culture
- Structural engineering
Requirements:
For the Company:
- Supervising Company shall have License for supervision of above mentioned works, issued by the
Montenegrin Chamber of Authorized Architects and Authorized Engineers, according to the existing
national regulations.
For the Engaged Engineers :
- University degree in Engineering of specific engineering works
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience on engineering design and supervisory responsibility within the
engineering field (Please provide CVs using P11 form stating the following details: project name,
project value and time. Please provide the information about the supervision activities performed in
last 5 years)
- Knowledge of international and local standards related to conservation of architectural monuments
of culture and structural engineering
- Valid Montenegrin license for performing activities in a field of conservation (for architect)
- Valid Montenegrin license for performing activities in a field of structural engineering (for structural
engineer)
- Project management, monitoring and work plan experience
- Excellent Communicator and Analytic Skills
- Excellent knowledge of local language, written and oral skills
Expected duration of work: 30 days
