The program aims to promote democratic, economic and social development through supporting know-how and transfer of knowledge to advanced students within areas in which Sweden is at the forefront of academic research. About 10 scholarships will be awarded for studies in Sweden, starting August 2013. The scholarship covers both living costs and tuition fees.
