APPLICATIO TRAINING & MANAGEMENT GMBH/ INTEGRATED ECONOMIC AND EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION - IT EXPERT (INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL)

Objectives, tasks and responsibilities

     - Development of benchmarking tools for the selection of a Business Consultants
     - Development and implementation of Training Programmes (general and sector specific skills) for the qualification of Business
       Consultants in a selected sectors
     - Qualification in Quality Management (TQM) for selected organizations or individual/enterprises
     - Targeted, substantial PR work to the training programme
     - Establishment of a consultant network (Business Consultant/Councellor) in Albania with a potentialities to an regional expansion of their
       areas of activity
     - Development and establishment of a benchmarking System for quality measurement for consulting services and certification of
       consultants by business organizations
     - Setup and extension of a regional networks
     - Improvement of management of extern and intern communication and coordination of the existing and new innovation networks
     - Development and application of „ innovative management standards"
     - Improvement of access to an adapted technology transfer services for the SME networks
     - Development of a sustainability concept, which is based especially on market orientation

Requirements

     - University degree in Economic Sciences/Business Economics or comparable qualification
     - Minimum 5 years experience in the consulting for private economic development in the professional field of IT
     - Min. 5 years experience in concept development and implementation of training programmes with relevance to enterprises
     - Min. 5 years experience in development cooperation
     - Language skills: fluent English, Albanian an advantage
