CALL FOR YOUTH RECONCILIATION AMBASSADORS

Description:

The idea of this programme is to encourage multi-perspective discussions on topics relevant to the future of the entire area of former Yugoslavia. The exchange of experiences between young people from neighbouring countries, which are all at different stages of transition, could help form new ideas and overcome conflicts from the past.
All successful participants will be issued a certificate and honour to become fist Youth Reconciliation Ambassadors in the Region.
Program lecturers and moderators are well educated experts drawn from diplomacy, governmental institutions, universities and non-governmental organisations.

Eligibility:

     Applicants should be:

   - Age between 18 – 30
   - University student, enrolled in the undergraduate or master studies or,
   - Young professional working within public sector or,
   - Young worker from NGOs dealing with Human Rights, European Integration or Reconciliation
   - Be motivated and committed to contribute to the theme of the activity and its outcome
   - Be able to work in the official working language – English
   - Be available for the whole duration of the activity
   - Be a resident of Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina or Serbia
