UN WOMEN - NATIONAL PROGRAMME OFFICER

Requirements:

   - Master’s Degree in Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences or related field.
   - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience national and/or international level in design, coordination,
     monitoring and evaluation of development projects;
   - Experience in establishing strategic partnerships among international organizations and national
     governments;
   - Experience with and in-depth understanding of gender equality and women's empowerment issues in
     Albania;
   - Experience in the UN System will be considered as an asset.
   - Fluency in English and Albanian.

Responsibilities:

   - Ensuring the strategic direction of UN Women programme
   - Management of the CO programme and supervision of the Programme team
   - Strategic partnerships and support to resource mobilization
   - Provision of top quality policy advice services to the Government and facilitation of knowledge
     building and management

Duration of the Initial Contract:

     1 year with possibility of extension
