The 8th Research/Expert Conference with International Participation "Quality 2013" will be held in Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina on 06 – 08 June, 2013. The conference is organized by University of Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina) - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering; University Erlangen Nuremberg (Germany) and Quality Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Papers should be prepared on the following topics:
-Quality in Bussines
-Quality in Education
-Quality in Public Sector
-Standards regulation in quality
The official Conference languages are English, Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian.
