Description:
Under direct supervision of Innovations Lab Manager, designs graphics, posters, logos and documents for the Innovations Lab.
Required Qualification:
-completion of secondary education preferably supplemented by university degree in a relevant field such as graphics design or fine arts.
-fluency in English and local working languages of the duty station.
Work Experience:
-two years of progressive experience in graphics design.
-experience working in the UN or other international development organization is an advantage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-develops general graphic designs for Innovations Lab Kosovo publication materials: fliers, posters, handouts, banners etc.
-designs graphics and illustration materials using graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Inkspace, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP...
-assists the Design Center (DC), Youth Advocacy Platform (YAP) and By Youth for Youth (ByFy) in designing project publication materials,
logos, banners and related tasks,
-show a clear and mature style of design with an understanding to implement official UNICEF guidelines.
-keeps updated on current trends in graphics design techniques.
