NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS MODELS FOR HEAT SERVICE CONTRACTING

Responsibilities:

   - Market research and summary of results on heating services contracts in public sector in a way of
     development of standardized format for contracts in accordance with existing laws and regulations,
     which can be applied in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
   - Review existing business models for heat providing services for heating systems in public sector and
     develop  model/s that attract cost effective biomass energy investments which could be applied in
     Bosnia and Herzegovina taking into consideration Public Procurement Law in Bosnia and Herzegovina
     and with review of Private Public Partnership possibilities within this sector.
   - Prepare case study reports for dissemination to business and policy communities.
   - Market research and summary of results on heating services conducted (Draft in electronic format;
     Final document in electronic format)  - 10 January 2013
   - Existing business models for heat providing services for heating systems in public sector reviewed and
     model/s that attract cost effective biomass energy investments developed (Draft in electronic format;
     Final document in electronic format) - 30 January 2013
   - Case study reports prepared (Draft in electronic format; Final document in electronic format) - 28
     February 2013

Requirements:

   - Degree in law, economics or relevant field (advanced degree is an asset),
   - At least 10 years of proven experience in development of contracts, business models, forms, market
     research,
   - Experience in heat service contracting would be an asset
   - Excellent knowledge of local languages
   - Knowledge of English language would be an asset
