Requirements:

   - University Degree in Business or Public Administration, or Secondary Education, preferably with
     specialized certification in Accounting, Finance or Project Management.
   - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration or program support service.
   - Experience in handling of web-based management systems.
   - Previous experience as a volunteer at local, national or international levels is a distinct advantage
   - Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
   - Experience working with internet and social media applications
   - Fluency in Albanian and English is essential, both written and spoken; knowledge of Serbian is an
     advantage;

Responsibilities:

   - In close cooperation with the National Project Coordinator, carry out tasks and activities related to
     the management of the project finances.
   - Ensure that all financial aspects of project are dealt with in a timely manner and are in compliance
     with UNDP rules and regulations.
   - Assist the National Project Coordinator in the preparation of project work plans and periodic project
     reports by providing substantial inputs.
   - Collect the financial data and consolidate joint periodic financial reports for UNDP and other UN   
     agencies involved to be further submitted to the project board, donors and other purposes as
     necessary.
   - Prepare drafts of budget revisions for project, coordination of the mandatory and budget re-phasing
     exercises and follow up with UNDP office on all financial transactions related to project
   - Assist with the preparation of the procurement plan; update the inventory list; assist in purchase of
     the project equipment.
   - Support Project Coordinator in processes of procurement of goods and services necessary for the
     project activity, according to the project workplan.
   - Assist the National Project Coordinator with logistical and administrative actions in the
     communication and collaboration with partners in the public, private sector and the international
     community.
   - Assist with organizing events and workshops and arranging meetings,missions; travel claims and
     other entitlements are duly processed.
   - Leave monitoring of project personnel. Submit to HR unit on monthly basis information on absence
     monitoring (attendance cards).
   - Contacts with visitors and staff, arrangement of appointments and meetings, acting as an interpreter
     when required and/or taking minutes;
   - Compilation and preparation of briefing and presentation materials, background information and
     documentation for meetings and missions;
   - Maintain filing system of the project, hard copy and electronic according to the requirements of the
     Project and the standards of UNDP; and ensures management of office stationary supplies for project
     needs. Provide information and documentation on specific stages of projects implementation
   - Undertake project visits, monitor activity and ensures compliance with UNDP rules and Procedures
