University of Hull, Faculty of Health and Social Care is offering scholarships or international fees bursaries for PhD level. International students can apply for this scholarship. Applicants will be expected to hold a minimum of a UK upper second class Honours degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline. Scholarships are awarded to study subjects allied to one of Research Development Group of the university. Scholarships are awarded to study subjects allied to one of Research Development Group, i.e. Wellbeing in Long Term Conditions, Maternal Reproductive and Sexual Health and Health Technologies, Innovation and Intervention

Eligibility:

Applicants will be expected to hold a minimum of a UK upper second class Honours degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.

Number of awards:

Three full time PhD university scholarships and two full-time or up to 3 part-time ( UK/EU) PhD University Alumni Scholarships are offered.

Duration:

- UK/EU PhD Scholarship is offered for three years, depending on satisfactory progress.
- The International PhD Fee bursaries will cover full tuition fees for full-time overseas students for three years.

Value:

- Each full-time UK/EU PhD Scholarship will include fees at the ‘home/EU’ student rate and maintenance (£13,590 in 2013/14, subject to final
  confirmation) for three years, depending on satisfactory progress.
- The International PhD Fee bursaries will cover full tuition fees for full-time overseas students for three years, depending on satisfactory
  progress, but no living expenses.
