BUSINESS AND LAW POSTGRADUATE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP

Description:

The purpose of the Business and Law Postgraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship is to encourage students with an excellent academic record to undertake postgraduate research in the Faculty of Business and Law. All applicants for this scholarship must have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement in their undergraduate study, usually achieving at least an A- average or better in the major of their undergraduate study.

Duration:

The tenure of the scholarship for recipients enrolled in the Master of Laws is for up to one year of full-time study.

-The tenure of the scholarship for recipients enrolled in the Bachelor of Business (Honours) or the Master of Business is for up to two years
 of full-time study.
-Students completing a Bachelor of Business (Honours) under the scholarship may have the scholarship renewed for subsequent enrolment in
 the Master of Business. Renewal of the scholarship for a second year will be based on the recipient achieving at least a B+ grade average at
 the end of their first year.
-In exceptional circumstances, a recipient may apply to the Scholarships Office for a deferment of his or her scholarship.

Eligibility:

All applicants for this scholarship must:

-Have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement in their undergraduate study, usually achieving at least an A- average or better in the
 major of their undergraduate study.
-Be enrolling for the first time in the Bachelor of Business (Honours), or the Master of Business, or the Master of Laws.
-Be enrolling on a full-time basis.
