C.442 ΚEY EXPERT 4 - AWARENESS RAISING/PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Qualifications and skills:

-University degree or equivalent relevant to public relations, awareness campaigns;
-Proficiency in written and spoken English, state language of the Republic of Moldova and Russian.

General professional experience:

-Preferably 10 years working on mass media campaign design and delivery;
-Previous experience in dissemination of the content and purpose of policy and institutional reform to institutional stakeholders, as well as in
 dissemination to civil society and the general public of Government reform priorities and institutional responsibilities.

Specific professional experience:

-At least 5 years of experience in design of awareness raising programmes to support Government reform programmes and in management
 of specific mass media campaigns;
-Previous experience in design and preparation of visual and aural media presentations for specific audiences and for mass media delivery.
