TEAM LEADER/JUSTICE SECTOR REFORM COORDINATION SPECIALIST

Qualifications and skills:

-Graduate degree in law or equivalent professional experience;
-Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of specialists and to interrelate with project partners, the European Union Delegation, civil
 society and the donor community;
-Proficiency in written and spoken English required. Knowledge of the state language of the Republic of Moldova or Russian is an asset.

General professional experience:

-Preferably 10 years working with the justice area or legal services;
-At least 5 years of working in a senior management position within the public sector administration or equivalent large multifacetted private
 sector organisation, preferably within an EU member state;
-Demonstrated successful experience as a Team Leader in at least 1 similar project;
-Demonstrated experience at senior level of development of effective strategic plans and managing strategic reform programmes;

Specific professional experience:

-Previous experience in major reform projects in the field of justice or law enforcement related institutions;
-Previous experience in design of justice coordination mechanisms, involving institutional, personnel, and policy issues;
-Familiarity with justice sector mechanisms and institutional responsibilities in European enlargement and neighbourhood countries (other
 countries an asset).
