Qualifications and skills:

-University degree: PHD or Master Degree in engineering or University level education, with duration of minimum 3 years, duration attested
 by a diploma in engineering / general professional experience in the field of waste water management systems
-Working knowledge of English language
-Computer literacy

General professional experience:

-At least 10 years of working experience in the field of waste water and drinking water projects

General professional experience – advantage:

-Working experience related to EU Structural Funds and/or pre-accession Instruments
-At least one working experience as a team leader or coordinator of project team/s on at least 1 technical assistance project in EU funded
 projects

Specific professional experience:

-At least 5 years of working experience in projects dealing with development, preparation of investments plans and conceptual and
 preliminary designs
-Experience in feasibility studies completed for waste water investments projects in water sector
-Experience in environmental impact assessment study for infrastructure projects in water sector
-Working experience in writing project proposal in accordance with FIDIC contract conditions
