-Expert 1: Senior Expert in procurement (55 w/d)
-Expert 2: Junior Expert in ICT (49 w/d)
-Expert 3: Junior Expert in engineering (45w/d)
Qualifications and skills:
For Senior Expert in procurement:
-Education at least Master Degree[1] Academic level in technical, engineering or computer sciences or general professional experience of 5 (five) years above the minimum general professional experience requested below.
-Minimum 10 (ten) years of general professional experience in public procurement of equipment.
-Experience in preparation of at least three tender dossiers for supplies following PRAG rules.
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
For Junior Expert in ICT:
-Education at least Master Degree[2] Academic level in IT, computer science or general professional experience of 5 (five) years above the
minimum general professional experience requested below.
-Minimum 3 (three) years of general professional experience in telecommunication or information technology
-Experience in at least two projects as an expert in development of technical specifications and tender supporting documents for supply of IT
equipment, information system and electrical installation according to PRAG, or by the national procurement rules of the EU Member states,
or by the national procurement rules of the Member states of the European Economic Area, compliant with the requirements of the acquis.
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
For Junior Expert in engineering (45w/d)
-At least at least Master Degree[3] Academic level in engineering or if no degree, general professional experience of 5 (five) years above the
minimum general professional experience requested below.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of engineering.
-Experience in at least two projects as an expert in development of technical specifications and tender supporting documents for supply
contracts according to PRAG rules, or by the national procurement rules of the EU Member states, or by the national procurement rules of
the Member states of the European Economic Area, compliant with the requirements of the acquis.
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
