Contract description:
The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to enhance the rail infrastructurenetworks along the east–west Europe core regional network by establishing an operational continuity ofRail Corridor VIII, also to increase the socio-economic development in the region of south Europe throughimprovement of transport infrastructure connections.
The purpose of the project is the preparation of detailed engineering design and tender documentation for theconstruction of a new railway section 'station Kicevo–border with Republic of Albania' and tender documentationfor supervision of construction works as a part of Corridor VIII, in order to complete the indispensable projectdocumentation for future construction of this missing railway line of Corridor VIII.
Eligibility:
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) ofcandidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of theregions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which thecontract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme underwhich the contract is financed.
Number of applications:
No more than 1 application can be submitted by a natural or legal person whatever the form of participation (asan individual legal entity or as leader or member of a consortium submitting an application). In the event that anatural or legal person submits more than 1 application, all applications in which that person has participated willbe excluded.
