Contract description:
The project purpose is the preparation of the technical documentation for the rail modernisation project'Construction of new single track railway bypass of Niš, from Robna station to Sicevo station', prepared inaccordance with EU interoperability standards, AGC, AGTC and the SEECP Agreement. The assignmentincludes following services:
-preliminary surveys including geotechnical investigations and geodetic surveys;
-the preparation of the feasibility study including cost-benefit analysis and environmental impact assessmentstudy;
-the preliminary design for construction of railway civil infrastructure and technological components, includingERTMS introduction, BoQ
and cost estimates;
-the preparation of the tender dossier for a 'design and build' works contract (in accordance with EU PRAGrequirements and FIDIC
conditions);
-the preparation of project financing applications (application form, following DG Regio requirements andfollowing IFIs' requirements) in an
EU Member State, EU candidate or potential candidate countries for transportinvestment projects.
Eligibility:
Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) ofcandidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of theregions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which thecontract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. Theparticipation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme underwhich the contract is financed.
Number of applications:
No more than 1 application can be submitted by a natural or legal person whatever the form of participation (asan individual legal entity or as leader or member of a consortium submitting an application). In the event that anatural or legal person submits more than 1 application, all applications in which that person has participated willbe excluded.
