BA-SARAJEVO: IPA — TRAINING IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES 2012/S 234-383637

Contract description:

The subject of this contract is the design, organisation and provision of training courses to the staff of publicadministrations, in particular administrative procedure managers and inspectors in the bodies of publicadministration at all 4 administrative levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina (State, entities and Brčko District), ineffective administrative procedure supervision and administrative decision-making processes.
The project is exclusively intended for civil servants involved in decision-making in administrative matters,and for all inspectors in the field of administrative decision-making and will cover all administrative structuresin Bosnia and Herzegovina (level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the FBiH, the RS and the BD). The expectednumber of trainees will be between 2 000 and 2 500.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) ofcandidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of theregions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which thecontract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. Theparticipation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme underwhich the contract is financed.

Number of applications:

No more than 1 application can be submitted by a natural or legal person whatever the form of participation (asan individual legal entity or as leader or member of a consortium submitting an application). In the event that anatural or legal person submits more than 1 application, all applications in which that person has participated willbe excluded.
