Description:

The purposes of this contract are as follows:
- To prepare project documentation for water and wastewater investment projects for financing and implementation under EU funds in
  accordance with the Croatian Legislation and the EU Acquis;
- To ensure the absorption of an adequate allocation of EU funds through preparation of sufficient number of full mature project in the early
  phase of Cohesion / Structural policy implementation in Croatia.

Requirements:

- Masters Degree Academic level (University level education in duration of at least 4 years) in Economy or alternatively engineering or
  equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years in finance or management position in water sector;
- 10 years of professional working experience;
- 5 years of experience in the field of financial and economic modeling;
- At least four provable references in the preparation of CBA out of which two for feasibility studies with project applications for EU funds
  (ISPA or IPA or Structural Funds or Cohesion Fund) in the field of waste water or waste water and drinking water;
- Working knowledge of English;
- Computer literacy - MS Office applications, e-mail, internet.
