Description:
The overall objective of the project is to enhance Croatia's capacity for effective management and absorption of IPA pre-accession assistance and for effective management and absorption of Structural and Cohesion Funds upon EU accession.
The purposes of this contract are as follows: to provide assistance in managing Environment Operational Programme (EOP) and assistance in transition from IPA to structural funds; to provide assistance in respect of new programming period 2014-2020.
Requirements:
- A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of three years' duration attested by a diploma;
- A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of five years' duration attested by a diploma will be an advantage;
- 10 years of professional experience within EU funded projects;
- 4 years of professional experience in programming within European Union Cohesion Policy;
- Experience in the preparation of operational programme for Environment sector for ERDF or Cohesion Fund;
- Experience in development of monitoring or evaluation procedures for ERDF or Cohesion Fund operational programmes;
- Experience in EU funded institutional strengthening and capacity building projects ;
- Experience in performing evaluations of operational programmes under ERDF or Cohesion Fund will be an advantage;
- Working knowledge of English;
- Computer literacy.
