Background

LOD III is a continuation of the first two phases of the LOD interventions the purpose of which is to institutionalize the principles of good relationship between local authorities and civil society organizations (CSO). This includes raising awareness on the significance of such principles, strengthening the capacity of different stakeholders to better engage in this relationship and establishing a transparent and consistent municipal funding mechanism to support implementation of priority projects and  ensure service delivery activities by civil society organizations. Gender sensitivity and promoting multi-ethnic interventions will be given special consideration in each objective and all activities.

Responsibilities

   - Support to effective and efficient monitoring of CSO projects
   - Support to data management and analysis
   - Administrative and logistical support
   - Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing
   - Support to gender mainstreaming

Requirements

   - Secondary education. Certification in finance or administration desirable
   - 3-5 years of relevant experience on working in administrating the projects and programmes
   - Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
   - Fluency in official languages in BiH
