Contract description

The implementation of the operation will improve the rail infrastructure along corridor X that provides nationaland international railway links, through supply and installation of adjusted mobile telephony along corridor X(Tabanovce–Gevgelija).
The purpose of the contract is to assist the Ministry of Transport and Communications in:
   - preparation of a study for introducing the global system for mobile communications
   - railway (GSM-R) andEuropean train control system (ETCS level 1) along corridor X from Tabanovce to Gevgelija,
   - preparation of the complete tender dossier with technical specification for supply contracts for procurementand installation of equipment
     for the global system for mobile communications
   - railway (GSM-R) alongcorridor X from Tabanovce to Gevgelija with detailed design,
   - preparation of the complete tender dossier with technical specification for supply contracts for procurementand installation of equipment
     for the European train control system (ETCS level 1) along corridor X fromTabanovce to Gevgelija with detailed design,
   - supervision of delivery and installation of GSM-R and ETCS.
