Objective
The overall objective of the programme of which this contract will be a part is to prepare Albania for implementation of the acquis communautaire, in particular in the sectors of justice and home affairs, education and environment protection.
The objective of this assignment is to have in place external technical experts, who could assist Project Managers (engineers) working in the EU Delegation to Albania on various tasks related to implementation of infrastructure projects funded by IPA assistance.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering
- The Expert shall be fluent in English language; at least level 1 in the scale where level 1 is excellent and level 5 is basic
- Possesses a Certificate issued by certified/authorized reputable entity related to Works contracts management and/or claims resolution or
equivalent proven proficiency. Supporting documents must be attached to the CV
- At least 10 years of experience in the project management, engineering design, project appraisal and supervision of works, related to
(preferably) civil buildings
